Who Qualifies?
Military & Veterans
Active-duty military members and veterans may qualify by submitting proof of service.
First Responders
Current and retired first responders, including eligible wildland fire personnel, may qualify by submitting proof of service.
Guides & Outfitters
Professional guides and outfitters may qualify by providing documentation showing active involvement in the industry.
Industry Partners
Hunting, outdoor, and related industry professionals may qualify at PackWheel’s discretion.
Military, Veteran & First Responder Verification
Active-duty military members, veterans, first responders, retired first responders, and wildland fire personnel should email proof of eligibility to eric@packwheel.com.
Once approved, we will reply with a link to place your order. The discount will be applied during checkout. Most requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
Guide & Outfitter Verification
Guides and outfitters must email at least two of the following documents to eric@packwheel.com:
- A business website listing you as a contact
- A valid business license
- A valid guide or outfitter license
- Proof of at least $2,500 in annual guiding income, such as a 1099, W-2, or tax document
- A letter from an outfitter confirming your employment for the upcoming season
Once approved, we will send you a link to place your order. The discount will be applied during checkout.
Industry Partner Verification
Email proof of your involvement in the hunting, outdoor, or related industry to eric@packwheel.com. PackWheel reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Industry Partner Discount.

- The name and payment information on the order must match the approved applicant.
