Refundable Deposit

If your plans change, your deposit is refundable minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

Layaway Terms

Pay off your balance within six months.
No interest or hidden layaway fees.
Minimum initial payment of $500 for motorized PackWheels.
Minimum initial payment of $300 for non-motorized PackWheels.
Your PackWheel will be prepared once all payments have been completed.

Start Your Layaway Online

1. Make Your Initial Payment

Open the Layaway product page and select the layaway down payment option. Choose the amount you would like to pay, then complete the payment through the website.

2. Save Your Order Number

Record the order or invoice number from your completed down payment. You will need it when placing your PackWheel order.

3. Place Your PackWheel Order

Select the PackWheel or package you want to purchase. During checkout, choose the custom or layaway payment option instead of making the full online payment.

4. Submit Your Order

Enter the order number from your initial layaway payment and complete the order. We will email your confirmation within 72 hours.

Start Your Layaway by Phone

Call us and we can complete the layaway setup with you over the phone. If we are assisting another customer, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
